In 2016, Digitbite was hired by Grayfords to help the law firm develop its marketing strategy. The team at Digitbite worked closely with Grayfords to address two main challenges: first, how to increase traffic to the Grayfords website on a regular basis; and second, how to centralize all of Grayfords’ online activity within a single platform. This included the creation of a tenants portal to manage communication and transactions with clients. Time was of the essence for this project, as the team needed to complete the work in time for Grayfords’ Christmas launch, when the firm typically sees an uptick in website traffic.
